Stock on Hand - Calculations

In this release, Stock on Hand calculations have changed so that cost is now calculated based on stock held both at the pharmacy and at the pharmacy's offsite warehouse, if applicable.

This change will affect the following fields and measures in the Stock on Hand table:

  • MovingAverageUnitCost

  • SOH$

  • CostPrice

The changes will also affect fields in the Stock on Hand Historical table, but only for new data after the date of the release.

Historical data will not be retroactively updated.

The affected fields and measures are:

  • MovingAverageUnitCost

  • SOHDollarsDerived

  • OpeningStockValue

  • AverageStockValue

  • ClosingStockValue

  • StockTurnRatio

  • GMROI

Promotions - Calculations when selecting Multiple Promotions

Promotions calculations were displaying incorrect values when more than one promotion was selected. Now, if multiple promotions are selected, the calculations are hidden.
